This workout can be modified for any level! It’s easy and fun! It’s also creative because it gets you moving your body at home. Whether you’re pinched for time or you need to watch the kids in the yard; this workout is for you!
Disclaimer: Make sure to warm-up and cool down for all exercise routines! This routine does not include either.
Perform each exercise for 1 minute before moving on. Break between each exercise for 20 seconds if needed. Repeat the entire circuit:
- 1 time (beginner) ~10 minutes
- 2 times (intermediate) ~20 minutes
- 3 times (advanced) ~ 30 minutes
- 4 times (you crayyy, but okayy) ~ 40
Equipment: yourself and a beach towel for planks/knees if needed
Around the House | Modify: speed walk
Driveway Sprints | Modify: speedwalk down and back (add more by touching the ground at each end)
High Knees | Modify: Knee Pulls
Driveway Walking Lunges (as far as you can go down and back before time runs out)
Plank | Modify: Drop to knees
House (wall) Sit (keep legs 90 degrees!)
Front Stoop Elevated Push-Ups (Put your hands on the step and push up!) | Modify: Drop to knees
Make sure to take a 1-2 minute recovery before repeating the circuit!
