Join us at 6pm on Wednesdays this summer at Tunnel Park in Holland, MI for an all-level Power Vinyasa Yoga, while you enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Michigan and breath in the fresh air! This is a community class that is only $5 for non-members, and free for members of Girlfriends Fit Club. Men are welcome too! During this class, you will build strength and resiliency in your body and mind while cultivating a willing, compassionate heart. Grab a mat, water bottle, towel, and maybe a friend or two! This class is weather permitting.
Girlfriends Fit Club Waiver, Release & Agreement to Participate
Girlfriends Fit Club encourages all Members/Guests to undergo a physical exam to determine present health conditions or health risks before any physical activity is commenced. Member/Guest acknowledges and understands that there are inherent risks to physical activity and that physical activity of any type may be hazardous or cause injuries to some individuals. Members/Guests voluntarily agrees to participate in such activities and therefore expressly assumes any and all such risks. Member/Guest agrees that all exercises and the use of any all equipment, services, and facilities and outdoor classes (off-premises), shall be undertaken at own sole risk. Member/Guest agrees that Girlfriends Fit Club shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes whatsoever, to Girlfriends Fit Club, its premises, or arising out of any acts of active or passive, negligence on the part of Girlfriends Fit Club, it’s employees, agents or representatives. Member/Guest shall forever waive, release and hold Girlfriends Fit Club harmless from any and all such claims or actions.
